The main motor adopts Siemens motor, and the glue coating part adopts the method of applying glue under the rolling wheel, with uniform glue coating, no leakage, and saving glue; The gluing speed of the gluing wheel is synchronized with the main engine, reducing the friction between the gluing wheel and the cardboard and extending the service life of the gluing wheel
2. Fold and paste section
The folding beam adopts a cylinder clamping device to ensure smooth operation. In order to achieve perfect cardboard indentation, the folding part has been extended to 67 meters and the number of secondary pre folding wheels has been increased. Adopting vacuum adsorption to ensure stable paper feeding without slipping. The wall panels are processed in one go using a machining center to ensure dimensional accuracy. The upper and lower belts automatically adjust the differential speed to ensure folding alignment
