TJ-DS1600 double-piece nailing machine for color boxes can nail single-piece cartons, double-piece cartons and irregular cartons. It can also nail cartons with bottoms but no covers, and is suitable for nailing large cartons. The machine adopts full electric control, fast and labor-saving nailing speed. The paper feeding part of the machine adopts automatic counting, and the finished products are sent out in bundles. When the carton specifications are switched, it only takes two or three minutes to complete the adjustment, which is convenient and quick to operate. The machine can also nail single nails, double nails and reinforced nails at the same time, with strong flexibility. The machine uses computer settings to automatically adjust the nail distance, and the computer screen can also display fault prompts to facilitate rapid troubleshooting, which is incomparable to the performance of ordinary nailing machines.
