The more complex parts of this machine are the nail head and mechanical clutch. The most important component inside the machine head is the punch. With the up and down reciprocating motion of the punch, it completes the four processes of wire feeding (including cutting), forming, punching nails, and hanging in a short time (about half a second) in one working cycle.
