Foot-operated manual carton stitching machine: This type of carton stitching machine is the earliest form of carton stitching machine and is widely used in small and medium-sized carton packaging companies in China. Its characteristics are: simple structure and low price.
The more complicated parts of this machine are the nail head and mechanical clutch. The most important part of the machine head is the punch. As the punch moves up and down, it completes a working cycle of four processes in a very short time (about half a second), including wire feeding (including cutting), pressing, nailing, and hanging. Due to the different travel speeds, accelerations, and dwell times of the structural design, the required time and vulnerable parts are also different, which brings certain difficulties to manufacturers.
