1. The potentiometer for controlling the length of the conveyor belt is in the zero position

The potentiometer for controlling the length of the conveyor belt is located at the second position from the left on the front panel switch board. If adjusted clockwise, the length of the tape will be longer; otherwise, it will be shorter; If it is at zero position, there will be no tape out

2. Incorrect wearing of straps

Open the right door and correctly thread the strap according to the "threading process method" or threading diagram indicated in the instruction manual

3. There are foreign objects inside the upper and lower extensions

The packaging machine has been used for a long time and has not been cleaned and maintained in a timely manner, resulting in the accumulation of dirt inside the machine, which makes the conveyor belt not smooth and easy. It should be cleaned and maintained more frequently

4. The gap between the conveyor rollers is incorrect

The gap size between the feeding rollers of a pair of semi-automatic strapping machines is crucial for normal feeding, and the adjustment of the gap should refer to the instructions in the manual. Carefully adjust to ensure that the gap between the conveyor rollers is only 0.05-1mm greater than the thickness of the belt

5. The selected BRBR tape is too thick or too thin

Due to the fact that there are many manufacturers of BRBR packaging tapes with varying thicknesses, they should be selected according to the requirements; If it is not possible, please carefully adjust the gap between the feeding and returning rollers according to the instructions

6. The electromagnet is not working properly

The electromagnet is not working. Firstly, check if the welding joint of the electromagnet connection is detached, and then check if the coil is burnt out. If both are normal, check whether the electromagnet is displaced or blocked by stolen goods, which prevents the bullet head from moving freely
