Second installation of flat wire

After installing the flat iron wire, reset it separately. The flat iron wire should be properly tightened inside the wire disc, and it must be flat without any bending

Third wire feeding mechanism

The wire feeding mechanism is composed of two wire rollers compressed by springs, which feed the wire into the wire guide track through friction. By pulling the double headed screw towards the feeding, the two wire rollers separate. After inserting the flat wire into the wire guide rail, the roller frame is reset. If the machine does not feed the wire during operation, the hand twisted nut can be adjusted to increase the spring pressure. Thus, the movement of the flat wire wheel enters the track

Fourth trailing arm bracket

The function of the support arm bracket is to lift the cardboard box during the process of nailing it to prevent the cardboard from bending. According to the size of the cardboard box, the upper screw of the fixed rod sliding block can be loosened, and the bracket can be stretched to adjust the distance between the bracket and the support arm

Fifth molding mold

The production end of the support arm has an adjustable nail saw forming die. By loosening the positioning screw of the forming die, it can move forward, backward, left, and right. When positioning, it is necessary to check whether the forming die is aligned with the punch and whether the spacing is appropriate. The forming die has already been adjusted at the factory, and generally does not need to be adjusted during operation

Sixth lubrication and maintenance

Before starting up, check whether all parts of the machine are in good condition and whether the fasteners are loose. Keep the machine head clean regularly

2. For the operating and sliding parts of the machine head, it is recommended to add 20-30 # engine oil every shift

3. The operating parts of the nail box machine adopt rolling bearings, which should be inspected and cleaned every six months to one year, and filled with 2-3
